Beginning in 1970, La Alianza Hispana has offered programs to Latino youths. In 1978, the Youth Development Unit of La Alianza Hispana was established and expanded services to include summer recreational programs, cultural arts programs, and other recreational activities for youths. Caption: "1er premio compet[encia] de baile" or translated into English "first prize for dance."
